I gave 4 stars because overall very helpful, but hard to understand with strong accent. I had to ask for repetitions throughout, which made it somewhat stressful to complete transaction. But in terms of skill, John did a good job navigating through the process.

The customer service representative was so helpful. I booked a flight and when he called me the fair of the ticket had been changed but finally he helped me get the ticket with the same price. The only thing I don’t like about it was the uncertainty of your booking. You can’t be sure whether you get the ticket with the offered price or not.

John was very helpful in getting my tickets to NYC booked after the online verification continued to spin "pending". He helped me through the process and was very patient.

I was booking a roundtrip flight from Washington, DC to Tampa. What started out as a routine job ended up taking several hours to complete. One bump along the way was that there were several phone numbers involved and I am not in the habit of answering calls that I don't know. The cost of the flight itself was not the major issue but the cost of all the other things including taxes ended up being added to my initial cost. It ended up costing a lot more than I anticipated. Anyway, Andrew helped out a lot and got me squared away with seats and clarified that the two of us who were flying could each bring a carry on in addition to a small suitcase.
