MyTicketDeal.comReviews of myticketdeal.com

I bought my ticket for $367, they called me with the cellphone number +1 888 522-8155, A guy named John that talked to me. The website said that my verification was loading to charge a highest prices, it is a recurrent practice to put high expectations on the consumer, be careful with this company!!!

It seemed to be fraud or cheating.

Corruption. I purchased a ticket online for $743.00 and your criminal enterprise hustled me for another several hundred dollars. Then they book wrong trip.

After I booked my round trip flights. I get a confirmation call that tells me that it's going to cost a lot more. I wanted to cancel but they said it'll take 2 weeks to get the money back.. Total scam it's all the money I had To visit my mother who is dying. So a big FU

We tried to book a ticket online. The company called back and said that the rate for the flight I tried to book was now $70 more. I told them to cancel and they said there were cancellation fees. Since I hadn't yet booked anything, I figured it is a scam. This company does this "trick" very often and is an offshore scam.

I bought the ticket from My Ticket Deal , From houston To Saigon By ANA airlines from website i paid 1523$ , and they don’t sent me confirmation, and I call my ticket deal talk with Jerry , He told me your ticket that trip go up to 1850$ , he told me if cancel he will charge processing fee , do not buy tickets from them ,

Booked Southwest flights with them online at $375. Got a text confirming. Some minutes later got a call saying Southwest price went up $99.10 while the transaction was pending. So now Southwest tickets were $474.10. Sent email to which I had to reply with “I accept”. Was told if I canceled would be $60 charge. Southwest doesn’t charge to cancel but they do. Totally bogus with two charges on my credit card, $375 to Southwest and $99.10 to them. Called Southwest and same exact flights through them were $375 total! Scam and beware.

Made a reservation @ $217.00. Entered my information which was “Pending” for at least 20 minutes. Called the customer service and was told there were no longer any seats available at that price and was quoted $377.00 was the new price. Eventually the price was dropped to 271.00. (Senior Citizen Discount). Not wanting to waste more time on the phone, I went ahead and booked it. After some thought, I checked directly with SW Airlines. The price is $217.00!! Upscale scam not appreciated at all. Will never use this site again.
