They stopped my account saying "Our system recognised a problem with your account information and for this reason it is no longer active. This is due to the data provided by you in the registration process not being in line with our panel membership terms and conditions. We are afraid that, according to our privacy policy, we cannot disclose any further information about our operational procedures."

I had almost $100 worth of points and when i tried to log in i get redirected to life points !! Seriously ?

Over a year of problems with login issues, no feedback from staff over missing points, suddenly For no apparent reason my account was deleted along with months of points, trying to get any response to why is an impossible task! I implore all companies using them for their surveys to cease immediately and anyone thinking of joining don't bother!

Seite ist unzuverlässig ,mitten in Befragung seite weg. dann tagelang nicht erreichbar etc,etc .

I have been with the for over 10 years despite issues with getting points after completing surveys. I receive an email today telling me I have committed fraud on my answers and I have been banned, deactivated and lost my points. I have been honest with all my answers. Not sure how they came to this conclusion. No response from them when asked for proof.

I have to say, I've always had regular surveys with MySurvey - at least a few each day - and I've made a fair bit of extra money with them but what really lets MySurvey down is their computer system and customer service... The majority of my surveys have been glitching over the last week particularly and of the 5 tickets I sent only one has been replied to - a very blunt "sorry you spent 25 minutes completing this survey but there's nothing I can do." No hello, please or thank you's and I missed out on 250 points. I'm also waiting on a National Buying Survey that glitched on the last page and still no response. I've enjoyed MySurvey so far but lately I'm losing patience!

Auch bei mir wurde das Konto einfach ohne Benachrichtigung gesperrt. Sehr ärgerlich.
