Il sito in se è semplice da usare e non richiede chissà che dimestichezze, però in due mesi di utilizzo mi sono capitate sempre e solo le stesse domande, a cui vengo dopo la terza - quarta sempre e ripeto sempre escluso. In questo periodo : quanti anni ha, lei o un suo membro della famiglia lavora in (marketing, pubblicità, vendita ecc) , e subito dopo ci spiace.

Been with them over 5 years - generally, not the best over that time, but acceptable. However, like the many commentators below have flagged up, they are now a nightmare. Surveys that don't get you the points they've promised, surveys that harvest or mine what they want until the last second then throw you off with no points. Then with no reason given, and no justification because I am totally honest in my answers, I suddenly can't log on - just a message that says apologies, and contact them if the situation persists. Lying scumbags - not even the decency to tell you that you've been deactivated, much less a reason. How can you contact them to tell them you can't log on, WHEN YOU CAN'T LOG ON TO TELL THEM ! I could carry on , but after many hours fruitless trying I'll just have to accept that they are sailing close to, or past, the legal wind, yet can get away with it. Don't touch them - they should all be deactivated themselves.

Well I joined mysurvey recently through my desktop. Surveys seemed ok but there wasnt an awful lot of them and it wasnt clear when you had been filtered out of a survey (which was usually after you had spent a fair bit of time on one) and I seem to think there was at east one survey that I seemed to have completed but was not credited for. They emailed me to say I had won a fiver in the sweepstake but it was not credited to my account. So I emailed them saying it had not been credited. No reply. Then I noticed I stopped receiving any new "survey available" emails and a week or two after that I noticed that I could no longer log into my account. They seem to have closed my account without explanation. I have done a number of surveys and my account was closed before I had enough points to cash in so I have received absolutely nothing for my time. Also their android app is useless. I say avoid these fly by night con men.

After reading all the other bad reviews on here I will add another in much the same vein. Too many times recently I have completed surveys only to have them crash at the end when pressing submit button. There are much better survey sites out there that warrant your time. Avoid this shambles of a site.

I feel stupid for signing up for this website before reading reviews, and am now worried that i've been scammed / my details have been used fraudulently / passed on to third parties without my consent. Reading the latest review, the EXACT same thing just happened where i spent an hour on a survey with the promise of many points.. when i got to the end and had to click 'submit to finish the survey' it crashed and was appearing in my started surveys. But then it disappeared off the board.. so that's one hour of my life wasted! and they have all my answers...

They only want you to sign up to sell your data: e-mail and mobile number to PPI companies, fraudsters and other dodgy firms. AVOID!

My inbox is constantly full of survey invitation links, but when I click on them and log into the site, the surveys either don't exist or there is an error code flashed up when you try to access them. Also, I have been timed out just before I completed a survey, losing my points, so they are getting all my hard work free of charge, because they never respond to issues raised. I have been a member of this site for over 6 years and it used to be a good, reliable, site, where I could earn around £200 a year, but now it is a shambles and I am not wasting any more time but have closed my account.
