Order not received 3 weeks after placing the order and no indication as to when it will come...
When I ordered bath sheets & a bath robe, I read that I should get them within 10 - 14 days. Fourteen days later I had not received them, so I called My Pillow and they said that my order had been delayed and gave no explanation as to why but told me that they would still arrive within the 14 days and explained that it was NOT 14 days, but rather 14 "business" days, AND that there was a holiday during that time so it would be within (3) weeks. I ordered them on Friday, 10/2/2026 which meant that I should have received them absolutely no later than Friday, 10/23/2026. It is now Saturday, 10/24/2026 and I still do not have my order, nor have I received any indication as to when they will get here. It seems to me that a company would send them out on the day the order was processed, thus proving that you care about your customers and want to go above and beyond for them. But it seems that they care nothing about that, nor do they stay in communication with you to let you know what is going on. I have ordered from them before because I like what they seem to be all about, but this has been a ridiculous experience.
