Absolutely devastated that they've used probably the most believable advert and sold me 2 jars for 49 pounds. Same as the rest of ppl here plain black jars and when I tried it I think they've bashed it with something because it made me feel funny... its way too runny as well.. gutted not even tried to ask for refund as look at all the ppl below that have been ignored and found out its false address !! 😡

I ordered this product and it never arrived. They took my money under false pretenses. I have been emailing them and no response. Don’t waste your time or money. I have reported them to the BBB! I’m just glad it wasn’t thousands of dollars. Shoppers BEWARE👀

I was hesitant to write this review because Shilajit Rocks! I've felt great since taking it and every day I feel supported in my body like never before. So I would HIGHLY recommend you get some. Mystic Shilajit was my first experience of ordering it online and I read some of the 8000+ reviews on their site - which were brilliant! Problem is the trustpilot reviews that were on their site were about Shilajit... NOT Mystic Shilajit! When I realised this I wasn't sure if the order would be fulfilled because of the Trustpilot reviews. But the package arrived two weeks after I ordered it and I got two jars of half filled Shilajit with the lids not tightly secured so there was leakage in the boxes. No branding or instructions and a very aggressive email campaign to get me to buy more 'at discount' every few days since I ordered it. Get some Shilajit, please, especially if you need more energy and healing and health is a priority to you. They did follow through and gave me my first experience of this AMAZING stuff so in a bitter sweet way I am grateful. I want everyone to try this stuff! This company is fairly new but are advertising as if they are established and the website really pulls you in. My advice to Mystic Shilajit is be honest. If you are really what your website presents it may be over enthusiasm to get Shilajit out to the world but people feel conned when they realise your reviews on the website are not yours. Work on your product presentation and the problems with your packaging. This is a real company and actually fulfilling orders. When I wrote this review originally I stated that the reviews had been taken down and then went back on the site to see the reviews again. At the time of amending this review I looked again and the reviews are gone. Good move Mystic Shilajit.

It’s a scam I never received my true reading I paid £39.00 for a automatic voice reading which they are sending to everyone plus on Facebook page

Well. What can I say, I have emailed and still no delivery since December, no response to my emails. Looks like I've been scammed. I should have checked the reviews earlier!

Update: they did refund a portion of the purchase price. Update #2: I have had severe gut issues since trying this product for a day and stool testing just revealed I have blastocystosis. Apparently a course of antibiotics should fix it. Lesson: do not consume this product. If you have consumed this and show symptoms be sure to see a doctor asap. TLDR: definitely not legit, only buy from trusted sources. These guys are scamming with counterfeit products and a fake website. It’s not a sophisticated scam by any means, they just prey on consumers naivety. I received my package 5 weeks after ordering, it came in a blank jar with no label or instructions. They told me it was because they had ‘so many orders that the manufacturer didn’t have time to print labels’ 😂😂 It did pass the burn test (kind of) It didnt mix as well as other Shilajit- sandy residue It didn’t solidify in fridge Once I realised it might be a scam I decided to do some research. First step to look at Trust pilot suggested my concerns were right. I contacted them asking for some reassurance and I received a copy & paste email assuring me it is legit. When I asked for clarification they sent me virtually the same email (verbatim) assuring me, but didn’t answer my questions. I asked for a refund as the website says try it for 30 days. They told me it’s 30 days from purchase- the shipping process conveniently took longer than that.. They also request a ‘restock’ fee as though they were planning to resell whatever they had given me So I dug a little deeper and found several red flags The company was created in November 2023. I purchased on 12/12/23 and didn’t receive order until mid January 24. There is no way they would have been able to sell 26000 products (as their website says) from November until I ordered on 12/12 There is no record of mystic Shilajit on any of the resources they share- shark tank, buzz feed, medical news etc. They have effectively repurposed a few generic articles about Shilajit as their own. I contacted the author of one these and she knew nothing of the company Mystic Shilajit. I looked up the IP address and sniffed around. They’re using an intermediary for mailbox servers called Zoho Mail, and there’s some interesting red flags I could go into the technical specs about this but considering the time value of money, I have already spent more time seeking proof than the cost of the product itself. [If you’d like to look into yourself just Google ‘email header’ and how to look up IP address, and what information you can gather from that.] Probably not worth your time as the evidence is pretty clear by the trail of unhappy customers on here One important note: there are other websites with very similar structure- almost identical. I think they may be running these in parallel. Lesson learned: It’s better to spend the additional money and purchase from reputable sources.
