Mystical PublishersReviews of mysticalpublishers.com

This company did not follow through with what they promised and what I paid for - they ghosted me. When I finally got in contact, they wanted more money to finish. Not a ghostwriter company. Beware

I waited patiently for all of the errors and all of the excuses they made as it pertained to publishing delays as well as in unauthorized changes to my novel, yet at the end of it all they changed staffs in charge of my project 5 times in 4 months claiming to be making interior changes. One former employee alleged Supervisor Judith Cinderella was kind enough to send me an email notifying me about their scheme and that there wasn't anyone who will work on my book. In closing, I could no longer receive any return phone calls, so I filed a claim for my money back. The bank could also not reach anyone but because the incident was older than 60 days I ended up being ripped off for most of the money. Run for your lives from them. There's a reason they are called 'Mystical'.

Stay clear from this company. They are unreliable and lack communication. They are not professional. They offer the world then leave you hanging. Do not be enticed by what they can offer. They bait and switch you.

Paid for services but never received them. They never responded to my emails and heard they tanked.

I submitted my artwork for the book, and one page was printed with the artwork being significantly place "slanted" on the page. I asked them to straighten it out and never heard from them again. I contacted them at least 6 times, via email, phone, and chat box. No reply, a complete waste of money

Be aware these all's are pakistani these all's are fake reviews.

THEY EDITED NOTHING AS WHAT EVER I TOLD YOU WAS IMPOSSIBLE BECAUSE YOU GOT SEVERAL PLATFORMS THAT ARE PREFABED ~ YOU KMEW MY BOOK WAS ALREADY PUBLISHED SO THAT WAS NEVER IN THE DEAL ~ IF ALL THE PEOPLE THERE WOULD COORDINATE WITH EACH OTHER AS OPPOSED TO TRYING TO GET ME TO REPEAT WHAT MY LAYOUT SHOULD BE EVERY TIME A NEW PERSON COMES ON BOARD THEN THIS WOULD NOT STILL BE GOING ON ~ LAST TIME I ASKED NONE OF YOU HAD EVEN READ MY BOOK, BUT RATHER YOU SIMPLE REGURGITATED WHAT AMAZON PUT ON THEIR SITE ~ REGARDLY YOU DID NOT DISTRIBUTE FIFTY COPIES OF MY BOOK AS MY CONTRACT DICTATED OR DO ANY OF THE CONTRACTUAL TASK BECAUSE YOU DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT WAS ON THE CONTRACT BECAUSE NONE OF YOU WERE THERE WHEN YOUR CLERK CALLED ME ON A COLD CALL TO SET UP THE DEAL ~ PLEASE JUST SEND ME $1000 BACK SO THIS NIGHTMARE WILL BE OVER? THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON TOO LONG WITH NO RESULTS...

This company is a scam . They have a website that engages people who visit to talk to a representative. She engages you in conversation and gets you to talk to the manager . They appear to be religious , caring , respectful individuals. They establish trust . They talk to you professionally , sell you into a step by step 3 months roadmap to to market our book worldwide .1st month : pre marketing launch (to polish our content) that never happened. No improvement to the book was made . Manuscript refinement for clarity, style and coherence . No work on this area . ISBN was not needed bc we had one already Format for cross platforms . No work showed. Audio book creation: in their initial email they don’t tell you there will be an extra charge if 4500 dollars otherwise “they can’t do their job”. They pressure us to give money we could not spear . Month 2 : generating excitement .SEO, content and social media was supposed to be in place. That never happened . They came up with some short descriptions of what you will get by reading the book paired with beautiful pictures . Their descriptions did not match the book . They gave us the impression they were reading the book but obviously not . When I received the first email , I replied with questions but the email was no longer active. They assigned us a person to work with but the communication at times was broken because his phone would be disconnected . He made appointments that at times he did not keep. When after a few trials and asking for our money back the manager got involved and said would work either way us. She asked if we could edit the book and they would just do the marketing . That is not the reason we hired a publishing company
