Terrible service. I ordered a product, totally over priced and found it over half price cheaper on Amazon. I contacted customer service only 1.5 hours after ordering (on a Friday night) to cancel - they told me I would still need to pay a depreciation fee for 30% of the product! They then said the order had been suspended and I told them I wanted a full refund. Then to get another email saying my product was ready and if I really don’t like it I can get a 5% refund. Laughable. Totally terrible service, and now after reading other reviews im worried about what I will recieve.

I placed an order, received it in a timely manner, however, the product that I ordered is damaged. I have been emailing with Nora, who continues to argue with me and will not refund my my money. I have sent pictures of the damaged item, and she still says that is how it should be, there will be white spots on it. I have continued to tell her there are a bunch of scratches all over, and she continues to say check it again. You are a decent size company and should take accountability that sometimes things are damaged and if they are then your customers should be reimbursed. I have shown proof and just keep getting told to re check the item and take the protective wear off. The protective cover is off, and has been off since I received it, the scratches are on the actual product. I am so very disappointed that you would not accept responsibility and want to show that you actually care about what your customers receive.

The picture peeled off of the first one I purchased. I contacted customer service and they kindly sent out another one and that picture peeled off also.

Absolute scam do not order from this company. I ordered a birthday gift on the 06/06 and is still yet to be received. After it clearing customs on the 15/06 its still no where to be found. Company states not enough delivery information has been received and its with the Courier and the courier states its not with them either. This was bought for a birthday gift so subsequently caused a lot of stress due to its delay and now no longer needed as a replacement gift had to be purchased. Customer service is an absolute joke

This is a scam. Never received product, they did nothing to assist and they faked shipping so a chargeback could not be won.

Easy website to use. I got the plastic photo keychain. The keychain and the plastic came scratched and just looked horrible. It just wasn't worth the purchase because it looks bad. I wouldn't buy it again.

The product was completely a scam. Company is called “Myspotifyglass” when nothing in fact is made out of glass it is all cheap acrylic. My plaque came smaller than advertised and damaged with scratches and cloudy acrylic. The photo quality was terrible! No tracking information was ever provided and the cheap wooden stand it came with came broken. Do not buy, not worth $30!
