So when I received my item, there was a function that didn’t work. The lights inside of my custom music box would not turn on. I messaged the customer AI support system, which promptly directed me to Amy L. Amy was wonderful in assisting me, and promptly sending me a new product. It’s so refreshing now a days to see a customer support team that gives prompt, and kind service!
