I am very frustrated with this company and I would not recommend ordering anything from them! I ordered the cute "song" magnet over 6 weeks ago to give as a Valentine's Day gift and on top of taking a very long time, it was also never delivered. I reached out to the company simply just asking for a replacement item and they refused to help me because they said the item was delivered when in fact it was not!

The products I received were good. I was actually surprised at how much I loved the music box. However, I ordered these for my husband for valentines day. I paid for expedited service and it still took over a month for them to arrive so obviously my expedited service meant nothing. Then one of the products I received was misspelled. I contacted customer service who said they could remake it at a cost of $7.99 to me. When I said that was unacceptable as it was not my mistake, I wanted a remake at no charge or a full refund. I never heard from them again. I have sent multiple emails and messages with no reply. Do not order from this company, if you do, you run the risk of paying for something that isn't even right!

Ordered a glass Spotify calendar. When my wife removed the protective film, it had a scratch on it. Sent email to them and a photo and I got a few emails from them requesting a photo of the box and a before and as after protective film photo. Why would I have taken those if we didn't assume anything was wrong with the glass. Since I responded to them and asked what else they can do, I've gotten no response. Customer service not good, no replacement or refund, and no more emails replies. Go somewhere else where they will actually help the customer if something were to go wrong. Or takes lots of photos as you open. Unfortunate because my wife liked the overall gift. I will not be a repeat customer here.

No reponse. Its been more than 15 days, no update on my order, I have emailed multiple times, zero response

This website/company sucks. Do NOT buy anything from them. They are a scam and whoever works for them are terrible people. They should be ashamed of themselves. AWFUL. Tell everyone not to order anything from them. They are scammers.

First of all I paid extra for a speedy delivery, this wasn’t so quick. Secondly when I received the parcel the outside of the box was damaged and once opened the gift itself was damaged. I have tried to reach out via email, I’m still yet to receive a response from them. Very unhappy with the process all together.

I placed my order over 3 weeks ago, including an extra payment for faster delivery, but unfortunately, the experience has been far from satisfactory. The plate arrived safely and in good condition, but the holder is completely missing. This is incredibly frustrating, especially since I expected everything to be complete, considering the extra payment I made for expedited shipping. Communication with customer service has also been poor. So far, I have received no concrete solution and feel completely let down. It's unacceptable to wait this long for an incomplete order, especially after paying extra for faster service. I would not recommend this store if you're looking for reliable, complete, and timely delivery. Truly disappointing!
