I had one made for my best friend and she loves it.

love the care taken of it. i ordered the custom glass photo w/ lights and stand and it the glass had the sheet out plastic on to avoid scratches and fingerprints which is great and don’t always see. Although didn’t receive the email saying it was on its way and when it would get here , could have been a mistake on my end

I had an unfortunate issue with my order but thank goodness for customer service member, Chenie! She was very very helpful, friendly, respectful, understanding and everything a customer would hope for in an employee! I was very thankful to have dealt with her. 10/10 stars for Chenie!

The postal service delivered our package to the wrong address. It was a gift for Valentine's Day that on March 8th, we are still waiting for. Myspotifyglass has been fantastic to deal with and is sending us a replacement even though the 'blame' falls solely on the postal service. They have been quick, courteous and effective! I received my Spotifyglass and saw it had a large scratch on it. I contacted the customer service and the support I received was exceptional. A replacement has been sent quickly after reporting my problem. The customer service representative was quick to respond with advice and support and to help.

Everything went wonderfully, it arrived just on time :) I loved the customer service and how they actually reply back with questions that you have, very satisfied!!
