Recently I bought a music box for my husband and the music would not play all the way. So I talked with someone at the company and now it being replaced. Very fast response time and helpful tips on how to try and fix it .

The first Order had Problems with the DHL, which could‘nt be solved by them. My Spotify Glass reacted helpful and provided a new delivery. The product itself works perfectly, my Partner was very touched.

The quality and product was both great and but what stood out the most was the customer service. My ordered picture was not that accurate, so upon reaching out they got back to me immediately and helped get a new one created. The new picture is PERFECT and they helped make this process smooth and easy. Will absolutely recommend this product and company.
