Got my order a bit late but in time for the day for the gifting so am happy that it came in good condition

Had an issue with clarity of a few photos on my product. Cherry C. Provided me with the most excellent customer service! She was professional, yet very understanding and caring. She worked diligently to resolve my issue quickly. She followed up with me to make sure everything was satisfactory. Rare to find such helpful employees. You can tell she's dedicated! Product arrived in working order and just as described, except for the photo issue. My replacement is on its way!

The product is very nice and also the idea is fantastic. There is only one problem, the volume can't be set...otherwise 5 stars

Although the tracking was a bit wonky the customer service was very helpful and responsive. I did receive my order in the time frame that was given. The order was as expected.

The customer service was great. They were very responsive and helpful. The product however was not as great. Everything looked pretty and perfect but the plaque did not fit in the stand. I would hope after I brought up this issue with customer service they would size their next product to fit correctly. I asked for them to send me another Spotify glass as my first one did not fit. The second one arrived in about a week and still had trouble fitting in the wooden stand. Luckily this one was smaller than the first but, I had to take a nail file and shave the sides about 2 cm in order for it to fit in the glass. I’d hope this problem is resolved and the manufacturer knows how to size the glass correctly for it to fit.
