Very happy with the product that I received. They did a fantastic job with it and it is exactly how it is advertised. It's actually better than what I thought that it would be. Customer service was excellent and postage was great. I highly recommend buying from this company. Zero complaints

I initially received someone else order and just expected to be ripped off but they made it right and remade my order and even changed the song when I changed my mind! I have to say I'm impressed by the customer service! Thank you!

I had a problem with the first order and contacted customer service, Sara got back to me right away and replaced my order after sending her a video of the first order that didn’t work. The second one came and it is perfect!! Love it.

Fast delivery and top class product. I absolutely love the fridge magnet, lovely pic of Harry Styles and the sound quality & volume ( Adore You ) is excellent. I’m so impressed I’ve ordered 2 key rings with different Harry Styles songs. Highly recommended, any fan would be thrilled to receive it.

Thank you very much Panpan for your help! The product is amazing!

I ordered for Christmas gift. They loved. Thank you so much

At first I was not very happy with the product because the product came with the correct image but unfortunately with a different song than the one I selected. However, when I contacted customer service, I was connected to a kind lady, Sara. She gave me all the information I needed to change the wrong song to my self-selected song. So the product is ultimately functional and the communication was more than great, which means I can't rate their e-shop other than 5 stars. :)
