Ordered a scannable keychain over three weeks ago. Website claimed they would ship orders in 7 days!!! Valentine’s Day is in 2 days and still no shipping information. I reached out to customer service and their response was “personalized items can take longer”. Isn’t everything on the site personalized??? Don’t advertise 7 day shipping if you can not ship within 3 weeks!!!!!!! DO NOT ADVERTISE FOR A HOLIDAY YOU CAN NOT FULFILL. ANNOYING.

SCAM company. placed an order. had a confirmation number. never received order after 6 weeks when they claim they have a 7 day shipping. they cant find my order even after giving confirmation number. and waited for 2 weeks to get an answer. they give you the run around about "talking to someone" to get an answer and you will NEVER hear from anyone at that company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY ARE A SCAM WEBSITE.

Purchased two of their scannable Spotify shirts in a size medium. Both were extremely small and the print quality was pixelated. Some of the text was unreadable. According to their size chart, the shirts were smaller than an extra small, which is the smallest size they offer. I asked to return the items, which they said no to. I then asked to receive new ones, if not I wanted a refund. They also said no to that. Their policy clearly says if an item arrives defective, they will replace it, so they don't even follow their own policy. I kept telling them if they aren't willing to send a replacement, then I want a refund. They eventually offered 10% at first, which is absolutely absurd. I got them up to 20% before I accepted. By far the worst online purchase I've experienced. I have upwards of 1,000 online transactions, none of which were as bad as this.
