On August 5th, I ordered sugar substitute from them. It said in their website that anything over 10 pounds could be shipped UPS, so I placed an order for 11 pounds. I called them to go over the order with them. They said they were shipping it USPS and I got very upset because I can't use USPS. They don't deliver in my area. They later asked if I'd like to have order shipped UPS. I said no. I didn't like the female representative's manner in which she spoke. She didn't care.. Anyway, she cancelled my order. It was through Shopify. Well, I DID NOT GET MY REFUND!!!!! THE REFUND DISAPPEARED!!!! So now I had to file a chargeback against this company. No wonder they have low ratings. They are crooks! I sent my credit card a screenshot of the receipt. So I hope this gets fixed SOON. You can BET I will stay away from this one!!! I found another company out in Nevada and they give shipping choices and within 2 days, I RECEIVED IT. Go to Bulksupplements.com. These people worked for me.

Their website won't allow you to order unless you have a cell phone. When you call their customer service, nobody ever answers, nobody returns calls, nobody returns emails. I don't trust their products, seeing how pathetic their online and customer service are.

I've placed several orders with myspicesage.com for the better part of a year now and have never been disappointed. I order my ginseng oolong tea from them exclusively and have discovered the joys of cooking with their Forest Blend Dried Mushrooms and Aged Balsamic Sea Salt. And if you're into making beef jerky then definitely check out the Sriracha Powder (yes, you read that right), Worcestershire Powder, Soy Sauce Powder and a whole slew of other wonders too numerous to list. Definitely give them a try- you won't be disappointed. Oh, and if you love popcorn then you've GOT to try sprinkling some of their butter powder on it. Trust me on this one.
