Buyer beware! I purchased what I thought was, and what I was told was, a month's supply of Klow for myself. What I received turned out to be a two-week supply!! I called to discuss it, and I'm still waiting for a return call. I wouldn't purchase anything from them if I were you.

This class was a joke. There was way too many people and only two instructors and it was a one day class. I paid attention and took notes, but I felt unprepared and like I didn’t learn enough to be able to go out and do this on my own. All in all I feel like it was a waste of money and the class should be longer than one day and limited to their number of people enrolling. I also got a phone call asking me if I had purchased Botox with cash and offered a discount which I did. Apparently some of the nurses/instructors were selling or stealing the Botox and selling it for cash.

This is such a scam. I paid for my daughter to attend a one day class. She said it wasn’t for her. Never signed up to complete the course but they have continued to charge my credit card. I had to close y credit card account to get it stopped. They are fraudulent Beware

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I paid a deposit for a class that I ultimately never attended, yet I am still being charged $400 monthly as if I signed up for some type of subscription service. I have tried addressing the issue, but the billing continues despite not receiving the services being charged for. I strongly encourage anyone considering doing business here to thoroughly review all paperwork and billing terms before providing payment information. Transparency and communication regarding charges have been very frustrating in my experience.

This is such a money grab. They have unethical people getting cash from you at class then turn around and bill you over and over like a subscription you can never cancel. Don’t trust them

3/25 update: STILL NOT REFUNDED GOING THROUGH A RECEPTIONIST WITH BACK AND FORTH TO A GUY WHO WON'T GIVE MY MONEY BACK NO accountability from the company AS WELL AS HALF THE PEOPLE IN THIS CLASS SHOULD NEVER INJECT SOMEONE'S FACE I feel as if I have been scammed I am now owed 496$ times 2. The owner I am assuming keeps saying he is refunding me yet all he keeps doing is taking money out of my account I left and never received product and have written texts where my subscription was cancelled and I was refunded , yet he keeps charging me

Amazing class and Kacey awesome with her energy and enthusiasm.

I was a member of My Spa Live for several months, and my experience was deeply disappointing. While the initial education was great, that's where the value ended. They promised to send clients and help me build my business, but I never received a single customer. All I did was pay high monthly fees and was forced to buy their supplies, which I later found out were significantly more expensive than sourcing them independently (e.g., Botox/Xeomin). This service is nothing but a money pit. To make matters worse, they charge a $210.00 fee just to cancel the membership. They claim you can cancel anytime, but they hold you hostage with this final, unethical charge. My Spa Live failed to deliver on every promise of business support. I strongly recommend you avoid this company.
