Terrible It's not instant download. I had to complain the next day to get my link and code. Then your Setup in your file was for 32 bits and your first customer rep. didn'tknow the fix and thought it was online. The 2nd rep eventually had to take remote control of my system to realize the first setup shouldn't be used but by drilling down into the directories I will get the correct option. 3 things - Why not put the correct setup files in the home directory and I had to give access to my laptop to someone half way around the world that I had no idea who he was. What happen to the instant download Too many companies that sell software to go through this again.
