More than excellent! First off! Your sheets are so comfortable. I don't need a 100-day trial. I only needed 30 seconds to love them. Then, you customer service is off the charts. You reply quickly to my emails. I didn't like the color and Silvery replaced the grey with white and didn't require me to send back the gray sheets. That is insane!
