Excellent customer service!
The Silvery customer service department was very responsive to my communication, and I feel confident that my issue is being resolved to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the sheets overall -- I love the generous size of the flat sheet and the heavy duty elastic corners of the fitted sheets. And the feel of these sheets is wonderful!

Hello, It looks like this review may have been meant for another Silvery jewelry brand. We actually specialize in cooling bed sheets! But we're glad you had a great experience with them! Silvery Support Team

I had an allergic reaction to using…
I had an allergic reaction to using their sheets. I broke out in a rash all over my back side and side (since I am a back and side sleeper). In speaking with my doctor and noting the only change I made was buying these sheets and using them, we decided it was just probably a reaction to the silver infusion sheets. I contacted customer service to return them as I cannot use them any longer and they were easy to work with and handled my situation with care as well as promptly and professional. I wish nothing but the best for them and wish I could continue to support them!

We're really glad our team could handle things smoothly for you. Wishing you all the best! 🖤 Silvery Support Team
