Was not expecting to receive a reply on a Sunday! Thanks for the quick reply. I would like to recommend that customers are made aware of the shedding that occurs during the first wash.

When guests stay in my guest room
When guests stay in my guest room, they always comment on how soft my sheets are. I got the Silvery RestCool for my bed (night sweats!) and the Silvery Comfort sheets for my guest room. The Comfort sheets are SO SOFT and feel like staying in a luxury hotel.

The speed of the delivery from the day…
The speed of the delivery from the day we ordered was ONLY two (2) days - amazing. We washed the two sets and have one on our king size bed and so far - excellent!

I was very pleased that I was able to get a replacement when I realized I had ordered the microfiber instead of the percale version of the sheets. I donated the microfiber set still in the box to a local organization that furnishes apartments for previously homeless people. They were very appreciative

Customer service is some of the best
Customer service is some of the best, and easy to understand. I got my new sheets today, and they are in the dryer, now. They are much softer than any others I’ve felt.
