Customer service was very prompt, with 2 very quick responses, on correcting a color choice mistake that I could not correct, one hour after placing the order. I just received my new sheets, washed them as instructed and slept on them only two nights. They aren’t nearly as wrinkled as the prior sheets I have used. The fabric is soft and comfortable. In two nights I have not tossed and turned as much as I previously did. I can tell, as the sheets remained firmly in place. I hope this continues! If it does I am apt to get rid of all my other sheets and exclusively use this brand.
