This company made the entire experience easy and exceptional. I unfortunately had a skin reaction to the sheets, and the company walked me through the return and genuinely asked about my well being. The emails were prompt and thorough. The sheets were of very high quality and I am sad they won't work for me. I will recommend this company to others, for quality and customer service.
