My Self Directed IRAReviews of myselfdirectedira.com

I had the pleasure of working with Andrew when I setup my trust with myselfdirectedira.com. He was very professional and knowledgeable in all areas of trusts and LLC. Getting setup was very quick and easy. Not to mention their pricing beats pretty every other company out there. I highly recommend for anyone that is looking for more control over their IRA.

Quick- received within 3 days. Discrete - Came in a discrete package, with no allusion to the contents inside! I appreciated that a lot. Came secured and protected as one might expect. A fun side note; If you are a fan of Star Wars, you wont want to skip over the Darth Vader 1oz coin. All in all, im extremely happy with how everything turned out. Checked all the boxes for me (Price, speed, price, discretion, price, variety...did i mention the price?!?!?!). Cant wait for my next order. Highly recommend!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat! Andrew was the representative whom I spoke with. He was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable on the platform. Great presentation that made the different options for a self directed IRA easy to understand. Super easy to set-up an account on their user friendly website. After tons of research, I couldn't be happier with my decision to open an account with My Self Directed IRA.

The presentation was thorough and the set up was easy. The company has a rep that explains how it works in full detail and they walk you thru every step of the way. I spoke to Andrew and I highly suggest asking for him. Thank you for making the process smooth for me.

I set up an account after speaking with an agent from MySelfDirectedIRA, and I am thoroughly impressed at their scope of knowledge on IRA Trusts and LLCs. He was able to answer my questions quickly and provide me with accurate information based on my location and specific circumstance. He has been very kind and patient with explaining different aspects of the industry, giving me different options based on my retirement goals, and helping me determine which model is the best for me. I have never felt pressured to make a decision ASAP or add more money, and I feel like more than just a customer: my retirement is being personally handled with white glove service. The customer service that MySelfDirectedIRA has provided me with has been nothing short of the best: patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend MySelfDirectedIRA for anyone looking for an industry leading company to handle their retirement.

Great service from Andrew. He is very knowledgeable and was able to walk me through the process with ease. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable, and we even connected over a video call to review the platform in great detail. I haven't had an interaction like that with any other company, let alone for IRAs. Looking forward to my time here.

Great set-up experience so far with Andrew. Everything was simple, clear and prompt. Charges are competitive and do not scale with asset value, which can be a problem with Pre-IPOs. Distributions can be taken in stock which may address RMD problems with regular IRAs in private stocks.

Seth has been great. Patient and very helpful. This was my first expience with an on-line service like this and I was a bit nervous. It was great working with someone directly.
