Scam. This is an update from earlier in the month. Having ordered a single portrait on the 11th of September, I received a mail claiming the tracking details were on the way-never happened. A number of emails were sent-which received automated replies. Having complained to BBB a couple of weeks later they wrote to me! Someone called 'Nas" claimed that they are "migrating to another shipping company".Another stall tactic. Utter BS. Complain to BBB and spread the word people.

I ordered a pillow on July 15 and as of November 15, 2020 I still don’t have the product. They do answer my emails thanking me for my patience but otherwise their service is terrible. Save your money.

They claim to have 6k+ reviews. Look far back at their reviews and you will see that most reviews are fake as they just duplicate the same reviews many times to make it look like its 6k. Scammers

Just like all the other reviews on here, I am outraged with this company. It's been over 4 months and no portrait. They've answered all my emails with "please be patient". I paid over $100. I've disputed the order with my bank and can not believe I am still seeing the advertisements for this scam of a company all over my instagram/facebook.

Like all the others, I ordered a while ago and have had zero response from them regarding when to expect delivery. No receipt was ever sent to me. No updates. Just a bunch of marketing emails. Wish I had read these reviews first.

I ordered 8/6/2020 and we are at 11/10/2020. There is no number to call, you can chat online with a rep but all they state is that they are working on the order. No details. They advertise 3-5 weeks. This is horrible
