My brother was very pleased with his shirt for his birthday gift however I was slightly disappointed at how long the item took to be delivered. I also brought two with the plan of sending back the one that didn't fit however the website now seems to be not working. Have been attempting to check for about a week.

Shirt was perfect and good price, delivery time was around 2 weeks but apart from that it was great. Would buy from here again

4,5 stars would be more fitting, however 5 would for me imply zero action taken on my side, therefore 4 on Trustpilot. The site does as stated including the possibility of prolonged delivery. I bought an "uncommon" Arsenal shirt on sale and it arrived about three weeks later. This was expected. No remarks on this part. As I was an international customer, I expected some additional time to elapse but it did not feel like it, and the order was quickly handled. Shipping was free. Positive stuff. The quality of the jersey is excellent and I am very satisfied. The downside however was relating my tracking number to Royal Mail which would not update even after more than five business days. Odd. Contacting customer support was a pleasant experience. They replied quickly and reassured its progression on their side. A couple of days later and still no update from Royal Mail's site, I instead attempted to broaden the search on a site that has collected most shipping companies' search engine and track the number. It turned out to being handled from China by China Post. Why provide Royal Mail as shipment and why did customer support not refer me to the correct site? Perhaps it is standard practice and the system has not been adjusted for international customers? I would suggest the site to streamline their transparency of the shipment to avoid anxious costumers. Maybe telling people that jerseys (possibly) are handled in China lowers the confidence of potential customers? What are the true costs of the jerseys then? Could the asking price be contested then? Despite these questions, the site does state that it wants to sort out the market of retro jerseys and they truly achieved that. I am happy to pay extra for this particular service. In conclusion, I would recommend this site.

Ordered a football shirt for Christmas which needed to be exchanged. Process for return taken a short time to organise but now made contact for exchange to take place.

I ordered my shirt 10 days ago no email confirmation payment has been taken would help to be informed of the process My shirt arrived after 3 weeks still didn’t receive confirmation. But on positive note it is absolutely outstanding quality and the best retro I have ever seen

The options in the shop are very good but I realised on ordering that I ordered print which I didn’t want. I have emailed and not recieved a reply yet so I’m getting nervous as it is a present. Hopefully they get back to me. Edit: My order number is #37867 thank you.

Hi. I used your contact form to make an amendment of the customisation to my order 37246 made on 19th October. I haven't received any confirmation on whether it has been possible to change the customisation. Could you please tell me if this is possible? And how long does delivery take to England? Update - they've replied through their email saying that they can change the customisation.
