The communication is poor and updates…
The communication is poor and updates are vague. I placed my order on the 31st of May and after contacting the website direct and requesting details, I’m still no further forward. I understand that delivery takes between 7-21 days, but at least send out a tracking number for customers. My order is 31147.

Ordered on 30th April, not arrived.
Ordered on 30th April, received a confirmation email immediately and funds taken, but no update since. Left a message via the website with no response. Very concerning that there is no way to check progress of the order once placed.
