Always a good experience. I’ve been shopping for months and have had no serious issues. Occasionally they’ll send freebies. I’ve never had an order messed up but a friend of mine I referred to the site did. Puffy refunded her. My friend didn’t even know they were doing it but they sent her a box full of freebies I guess to make it up for the cancelled order. So without asking for it they just sent her an apology box. Now I’m kinda jealous I’ve never had a messed up order since their customer service is so good.

The products come as advertised and the quality is phenomenal, with the exotic being the best. Their videos showing the buds are accurate. I have ordered more than a dozen times and have loved everything. Shipping is a bit slow if you choose the free option, but it's so well worth it since the competition cant co e close tontheor quality for the price. They also have an amazing rewards program. I'll be a customer for a long time
