3rd time without contents
This is the 3rd order in a row. That has shown up without contents ... each time ive filed a investigation with usps. Whats the point in puffy reimbursing me if the packages show up without contents. Either usps is stealing yall stuff or something internally is happening ....

We’ve sent 3 replacement and this clients package contents keeps getting stolen. We’ve requested for the client to change to an alternate address but they don’t have one. When a carrier steals a package it is out of our control. We can put in an investigation but it usually goes no where. We’ve tried our best to resolve the issue but this issue is not something we can fix, it’s the carrier.

Poor at getting shipments out
I don't know what happened to this company but in the last two months it has went downhill 100% takes up to 10 days to get an order with only a automated response no telephone numbers to call No Time given when your package is even going to be sent. nine days and I still haven't got my order do not order from this company until they're shipping changes I also learned this company was recently bought out I guess they don't know what they're doing in shipping. My friends order they also did not fill and tried to fill it with cheaper grade product I have filed with my bank for a money refund because of no response from this company Update on my review it's now the 19th and I finely got a refund. But this is what they did. They issued a refund on the 7th after 3 days no money then I get a notice my package was sent.. I had to use my bank to get my money back. And package never came. Then to day I get a weird email we are back. Over all bad exprince.

Thanks for your message to us and thanks for being patient. We had a huge influx of orders come through for Black Friday that has really set us back in shipping times. We've sent out an email about the delay, and have been diligently replying to all the incoming emails. We did not get bought out - we are the same company that has been here since 5 years ago. A friendly reminder that we are human and we can only pack so many orders per day. If we were not making pennies on the dollar for the awesome flower we offer to the people we can afford to have staff on standby to ship orders, but we don't. We're not amazon. We obviously don't steal peoples' money. Trying to steal $50 for a zip is not worth our time, but you are worth our time and that's why I agree that it is not acceptable to have to wait this long for an order to be shipped. We are trying our best to get through all of them. Thank you.

Awful, Avoid at all cost
Placed an order on Sep. 14, the order doesn't show up in my account but the money was taken out. Reach out on the 23 to see what's going on and was told the it was a system glitch and my order will be elevated and tracking info will be . Reach out again on Oct 7th, seeing what the issue is and no response. Reach out again on oct 9th and get a response on the 11 that they sent my order to someone else. So they string me along for 1 day shy of a month to tell me they sent it to someone else. Absolutely absurd and incredibly unprofessional.

I ordered something back on September…
I ordered something back on September 25th. I still have not received anything. All I get from them is an email saying I have not responded to an email I never got so my ticket is closed. This has happened 3 times. I will never recommend this company to anyone they are a rip off.

Hi, thank you for contacting us about this matter. We had an issue with orders from Septemeber 14-15 where many orders disappeared from our database due to a migration process. We thought we were able to retrieve all the data, some like yours, were missing and/or had the wrong shipping information. After investigation, we did ship your package but it went to the wrong address. We sent an email to you to clarify the issue and a resolution. Thank you again for this message.

EDIT: PROBLEM SOLVED Incompetent staff and support on all fronts
I am a store owner in Europe. Our last cookie order through puffy Europe has been a terrible experience. First it has been misrouted to Tennessee. After a month it arrived and all of the cookies are melted and crushed. I received a bunch of wet breadcrumbs I can not sell. In the entire month we waited for the shipment NOBODY answered one single call, nor one single email ( note I called all numbers I could find and wrote to all emails I could find, the phone listed on their invoices doesn’t even exist anymore) The minimum I expect is a partial refund and some apologies. This is a most unprofessional and cowardly way of doing business. The products are good but their European branch is comprised of a bunch of unprepared and unprofessional staff. By the way Joffrey is the sales guy who was assigned to us and he sees our messages on WhatsApp but does not answer them just as he doesn’t answer our calls. Get back to us. UPDATE: Order Number SLE1464 on hipuffy.eu EDIT: they promptly followed up and refunded our order. They also provided us with the contact of a more reliable sales person. Thank you Puffy. We will keep being your clients in the future!

The people complaining are legit
The people complaining are legit. Bought 2 oz of flower 13 days ago. No shipping info sent. I contact them still no shipping info sent. Horrible customer service basically you'll get it when you get it. First & last time dealing with these clowns. Called bank & reversed charges.

I got charged the full amount yet…
I got charged the full amount yet didn’t receive any confirmation then once i refreshed my orders page it said my order failed yet they took the money out of my card. I then contacted their support and they said they didn’t charge me yet I showed them the proof.

Hi, Thanks for your review. Could you please message us your order number so we can look into this further? Normally, if an order is "failed, " your card was declined for any number of reasons. Lack of funds, incorrect billing information, etc. What you see on your statement is a pending transaction, not a debit, that will reverse. If you need further clarification we can send it to you. worst shopping experience
worst shopping experience ive ordered 3 times and 2 of three times i never even received my package. horrible customer service very late responses and passive aggressive staff, they started marking my orders as fraud and not sending them since i made my first complaint now i have to wait for my money back for the 2nd time. litteraly shop anywhere else! dont get tricked by their 50$ ounces they are 50$ for a reason. they dont even have a real customer support number the number on their site is incomplete. overall scam i just pray i get my refund
