I got my peps so quick and I was so shook by how well packaged my peps came. They provided a syringe, alcohol wipes, and peps labeled nice.

I strongly recommend staying away from this business. I have personally purchased products from this company in the past and, based on my experiences at the time, I recommended several friends and family members to purchase from them as well. However, after seeing how this company has responded to people I personally referred to them, my opinion has changed. I will no longer be recommending this business to anyone. I have personally seen responses from this company to individuals I recommended to purchase their products, and I have not been impressed with the way those individuals were treated or with the tone of the responses they received. Knowing that I was the person who recommended this company to them puts me in a very uncomfortable position and reflects poorly on me as well. I recommended them because I believed they were a company my friends and family could feel comfortable doing business with. I no longer feel that way. In the grey-market peptide industry, customer service, professionalism, transparency, and accountability should be top priorities. Unfortunately, based on the interactions I have personally witnessed, I have serious concerns about how this company handles criticism, questions, and customer complaints. What concerns me most are the condescending responses and threatening emails that I have personally seen or been made aware of involving people who have raised concerns or posted negative comments. That type of communication is extremely unprofessional and is not the kind of customer service I would expect from a business that I previously trusted and recommended to people I care about. When dealing with products that can impact personal health and safety, consumers should be able to expect transparency, professionalism, accountability, and ethical business practices. I previously trusted this company enough to purchase from them and recommend them to friends and family. After what I have personally seen, that trust is no longer there. I will not be purchasing from or recommending this business going forward. STAY AWAY. Your health, safety, and peace of mind are worth more than taking a chance on a company you don't feel you can trust.
