MyProCoachReviews of myprocoach.net

I’m a reasonable standard self-taught triathlete (raced Kona), but thought having a coach and adding some accountability and structure might take me to a higher level. From the outset, I was surprised at the complicated set-up this form of coaching has. Runna, for instance, is a piece of cake in comparison. I must admit, I hadn’t used TrainingPeaks before, so the layers of complexity seemed unnecessary. I did receive a few emails from a female coach, but found them low energy and lacking true engagement. Obviously, I realised this form of coaching was not for me. It clearly works wonders for some, but I found it a complete waste of time and money. Lesson learned.

Never Done a triathlon before and used their beginner plan for my Ironman. Learned so much and loved the trainingplan. Felt spoiled with my endless questions to my coach via email. I will buy a training plan from them sgain

MyProCoach had me fully prepared for my first Ironman. The training plans are always straightforward, taking the guesswork out of how hard to go, when to rest, when to taper, etc. Can't thank them enough for giving me the tools to take on new and challenging adventures.

I’ve been with MyProCoach for about 8 months and have just completed my second Olympic distance triathlon this year. The structure, detail, and level of information available is exactly what I needed to help me train for these events. I am someone who really thrives with a clear training programme and deep pools of information and data to dive in to. The My Pro Coach setup has provided that. In addition to this, the access to my own personal coach Kate, has been a huge benefit and really enjoyable. She is always lightening fast to respond, happy to answer any questions and discuss training data. I’ve found her knowledge and experience a big help in the last months.

The training plan provided worked great for me. Sure this is a commitment in terms of time invested but totally worth it. I think the approach proposed is highly relevant since the objective is to get fitter and fitter until reaching max potential for race day. I personally enjoy more and feel less pressure than to have a race pace in mind and burning myself to achieve it no matter what! Thanks for the plan and the support along the way. Coaches and regular tips are helpful as well Totally recommend to anyone who wants to get the best out by putting the work.

My experience so far with myprocoach has been great. I initially signed up when I starting training for a full Ironman. I really enjoyed the plan and it got me in shape and ready for the race. After the race I have continued training and it has been nice to have a coach available to help structure training plans for in season and out of season training. I have even got a couple nudges when my training slowed down. I would highly recommend signing up whether you are doing a sprint triathlon or a longer distance race.

Very happy with the plan. I found it easy to follow. Load was challenging but manageable. Most importantly, I hit my stretch goal and remained uninjured.

I decided to download Philip Mosley's free sprint intermediate triathlon plan. I wanted to cut back on the volume since I was a master's athlete. This plan provided a tough yet doable structured plan that I was able to complete with my busy schedule. I was competing in a senior games triathlon and managed to cut almost 4 minutes off my time from 10 years ago despite having a foot injury. So grateful to Philip Mosley and his team. I plan to pay and incorporate his plans in the future so I can get an even more individualized experience.
