I requested a crypto withdrawal of $1,200 USDC to my Coinbase account, and it has been stuck completely "In Review" for over 84 hours now. This completely blows past MyPrize's own stated 72-hour maximum review guideline. My account is already fully verified, so there is no reason for this compliance delay. I have already reached out to customer support to escalate this issue, but I am repeatedly told it is just stuck in a standard queue and that they cannot manually expedite it. A 72-hour policy should be honored, especially for a fully verified player using crypto. I expect a senior representative or compliance manager to look into this immediately and release my funds.
