They do no know how to format
They do no know how to format correctly. I had to email multiple times like 20 times+ I had to tell them to change things in the essay multiple times. They tried fixing the format but it was way off hey couldn’t follow the simple instructions I sent. I still got a 100 but I think it was because that professor was very lenient. Pros: they wrote it good after multiple attempts, finished about 2 weeks early, responds quick. Cons: formatting, writing, can’t follow all instructions, you get no refund except if it’s late. Would’ve rated 5 if they followed instructions and didn’t have to email them 20+ times to get it fixed which they didn’t fully.
