About My Poupette Authentication Services

My Poupette is proud to be the original online authentication service, established in 1999. For over 25 years, we've helped buyers, sellers, collectors, and businesses protect themselves from counterfeit goods. We specialize in authenticating designer handbags, trademarked products, perfume, makeup, and nearly any branded item typically sold in high-end department stores. We offer valuations, Certificates of Authenticity, and consignment support, as well as written statements and expert representation for fraud and dispute claims. Whether you're dealing with eBay, PayPal, credit card companies, insurance providers, social media sellers, retailers, or even law enforcement and courts, our documentation is recognized and respected. We are also trusted by U.S.-based attorneys, banks, and have even been acknowledged by TV's Judge Judy as an independent expert in authentication services.

Amazing and Professional Service
MyPoupette was both professional and friendly. I needed their help on an ebay case of counterfeit items, and it was hard to find a jeweler that would take the case. I worked with Kelly from their authentication team, and she did an amazing job accommodating my specific case needs. They handled it quickly, doing the appropriate research and writing a very detailed explanation in the case letter. Once I had the documentation from MyPoupette, I won the ebay case the next day.
