Extremely poor. App is poor. Customer services is poor, service is poor. Tried to get out of my contract due to poor services missing out on work due to call diverting not working. Prices rising. Rude , condescending email correspondence. Won’t let me leave my contract!

My plan went over by 3.5 units. A tenner on pay as you go. I was charged a whopping £300 extra for the month. Disgusting and no shame. Where do they get these costings from??

I changed provider and they left me without service and I couldn’t get support to unlatch from their network. Terrible customer service

This company has completely scammed me for 4 years! I have been paying outrageous prices and they always have a back door that you can’t leave your contract! I paid the termination fee recently which was £500 even after paying for the phone for 4 years and now they are still taking money monthly from my account and they are so hard to deal with to get anything helpful!! If my plan would reach out to me personally, resolve this problem and explain everything for me this would change. For now STAY CLEAR

Scam company, nothing they agreed they follow, a lot of details that they don't explain to make money on your misinformation, support below zero, the person that does the contract with you, never answer back your emails after you sign. Chat support answer always the same “ It is with the relevant team to get this arranged for you” and nothing happens, and nothing is sorted, with bills 5 times higher from my previous network.

Horrendous company. Went over to them for a week and cancelled straight away as the first bill was triple what they said. Now they’re sending threatening letters wanting almost 5 grand. Stay well clear. Liars and scammers

If I could have given zero stars I would have. Avoid this company at all costs. I'm shocked to see all of the bad reviews on here, I wish I'd seen them all prior to signing up. The company are scammers looking at any opportunity to rip their customers off. Do yourself a favour and avoid. £211 for one Whatsapp message and they won't even discuss the issue properly. Appalling.

Stay well away, they called me at the end of my o2 contract claiming to be from o2, offering me a cheaper call plan that I could leave at any time. I only found out that I was locked into a three year contract when I wanted to upgrade my handset. We recently went abroad on holiday and I had no backup provider for my data, the only thing that I pay for. Their marketing strategy seems to be reminiscent of double glazing companies from the eighties, tell them what they want to hear to get them signed up. Shocking!
