WORST COMPANY EVER — I strongly recommend avoiding them! I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. They charge additional fees for services I haven’t even used, while the monthly plan is already very expensive for what you actually receive. The phone reception is also extremely poor. Most of the time, I have little or no signal, and despite reporting the issue numerous times, nothing has been done to resolve it. What’s even more frustrating is the 36-month contract. If you decide to leave early, you can be asked to pay for the remaining contractual period, even if you are no longer using the service. Customer service has been equally disappointing. The staff have been unhelpful, and I have not received any meaningful support or solution to the problems I’ve reported. Overall, I’m extremely unhappy with my experience and would not recommend this company to others

After sorting out my plan last month because they over charged me, £99 they have done it again this month charging £67 leaving me in an unarranged overdraft. This is not a good company to go with, they make excuses and dont fix the problem! Im out and will be going with another network

These cowboys made me assume that I was getting an upgrade with my current provider - O2..Only came to realisation that they have no affilaition when I was getting billed by both. When i spoke to O2 they confirmed that it was not them that completed the update. Now I have to deal with these cowboys who will probably deny they were claiming to be O2 and will pin me down to a long term contract I have no idea exists.Absolute fraud and deception.

Well, the reviews speak for themselves. 0 stars if i could select it. im just coming to the end of my three year contract. I cant wait to get out. This is the worse service I've ever used. promised the world and as soon as that contract was signed the realisation hit me. Con artists. £40 a month for my airtime plan, not even unlimited data. they paid £200 for my phone, when they told me they would pay the £350. so it cost me to switch over. biggest mistake ive made. DO NOT SWITCH.

Worst mistake I ever made in terms of phone contracts

Based on my experience, I would think carefully before entering into a long term contract with this company. The cost of my contract has increased significantly , yet they seem completely unwilling to show any flexibility or consider a reasonable solution for an existing customer What I find particularly frustrating is that they are happy to enter customers into lengthy contracts, but when circumstances change or cost becomes unreasonable, there seems to be very little consideration for the customer The price I am now paying is simply not competitive compared with what is available elsewhere, and I regret entering into the contract. I would strongly advise anyone considering MyPlan to look carefully at the total cost, contract length , prices increases and the cost of leaving before signing anything Very poor experiences and never had this issue with any other mobile phone company , I would not recommend MyPlan

The worst mobile provider of all time.

Like many others that have left a review.. just stay away from Plan.com I’ve paid literally thousands over the last few years on extra data & bolt ons that are a waste of time. The issues have been wrong bill, wrong details, no coverage, no data, sudden blocks on my account, can’t talk with anyone, can’t pass security, app doesn’t work, contract being extended, poor and unhelpful staff.. to the point that they must see my number now and just ignore it. I’ve been offered compensation maybe 3 times and I just want out because it’s damaging to my credit score and my business. Luckily I’ve only got 6 months left now but honestly they are a total disgrace.
