Scam came broke requested refund just got email stating someone I did not know requested refund and they sent my money to them that is Fraud

Missing one piece sent me a new Puzzle same piece missing had to Pay for shipping twice …..puzzle was a special gift and now can’t finish 2 times !!!!!!!! Very disappointed

Quality of the product is terrible. Picture frame came with scratches and dents. The picture looks like something I could have printed at home.

Moon phase photo cane broken and the date was wrong, the wording was wrong - I was offered 20% back. No! Awful.

Definitely a scam company that cheats their customers and provides poor service! Kicks people out of "chat" when they can't answer questions. I pay extra for fast delivery, and still haven't received my product. when i arrange for money back they won't give anything back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY

The quality of this product is far from what you see in the ads. The quality of the printing is low, the paint of the frame is chipped and the gift wrapper I added was crumpled. I could have printed it from home and spend less than $10. What a waste of purchase
