Ultra Lite Products, Inc.Reviews of mypetcages.com

I purchased 5 or 6 now and it's a fabulous experience everytime. And the cages are everything I expected and then some. Easy to assemble. Easy to keep clean. Non-porous. Don't have to worry about rust, etc...Highly recommend.

Received quickly and just as advertised. It's exactly what I was looking for!

I thought it would be hard to put together at first. But, it ended up being pretty easy. Wish the instructions had pictures for reference.

Mypetcages.com provided great customer service! They checked to make sure I had exactly what I needed and reviewed all the options. I have used one of the large cat enclosures for almost 12 years and love it. I have ordered the second one! The product is well made and easy to assemble The cat hammock was such a hit with my cats that I had to buy a second one to prevent them fighting over it

Great customer service. Fast shipping times

Great product and great service!

I received by parts order within a week but some of the parts were wrong. When I notified them they sent the correct parts just as quickly. They were very quick to respond to my emails and in correcting the parts.

I appreciate how quickly my order for a triangle cage shelf arrived. I also ordered the screws to replace on other shelves and they came even faster.
