This recruiting service was not a good…
This recruiting service was not a good fit for me specifically. The career coaching service was excellent, but it was time-limited. Their results may benefit some, but I perceived too many gaps. Unfortunately, we started on a holiday week, during a month with several holidays, which delayed momentum. The recruiting staff is located in the Philippines, where they respect their employees by allowing them to observe holidays. For example, we started on a Monday, and on Tuesday, the recruiter stated that we would continue next Monday when they return from vacation. The recruiter was specific in their approach, but continuously missed the mark on the industry segment I asked them to target. The overall strategy seemed intentionally throttled. They began searching for more general positions and indicated that they would later refine search parameters for more on-target roles. It wasn't clear to me why that was beneficial. There was little evidence that they applied to all jobs I approved. In fact, upon learning that I would not continue past our first month, they didn't submit me for the last 4 jobs I approved. Although their pricing is structured monthly, they advised me that I would gain more benefit by planning to use their service for 3 months. In this case, they should bill for 3 months instead of monthly. I had to stay on top of them to ensure I received value; otherwise, I was not confident they would deliver it.

You subscribed to our Basic plan for one month and as a courtesy we extended your order by one additional week to account for a local holiday observed by one of our team members. Your assigned recruiter was actually based in Brazil and yes we do allow our employees to observe their local holidays. The short subscription period combined with a limited number of approved opportunities made it difficult to gain momentum or deliver results within such a brief window. Our process works best over a period of time longer than 30 days as we begin with a broader search to ensure a strong pipeline before refining into more targeted opportunities. When an order expires the assigned recruiter stops work on that order so it is common that some applications may remain incomplete. All applications both submitted and in progress remain accessible to you through our platform. While this engagement may not have been the right fit for your needs or timeline our approach has delivered successful outcomes for many clients who commit to the full recommended period.
