This was very helpful and gave proof that Mypc has great customer service and support, and truly deserves an all 5-star rating.

Was having issues with download videos, they resolved my problem quickly and were very courteous. Will use them again and highly recommend.

I was suspicious of the promises to clean up and repair my desk top without adding additional charged on after the initial sign on payment. The Technicians stuck with it until a lot of "junk" was removed and my computer reconfigured. Now everything works perfectly. It's as though I have a new computer. I highly recommend MyPC Utilities.
