Carta fisica richiesta più di 4 mesi fa e, nonostante due spedizioni promesse, ancora nulla. Nessuna assistenza concreta, solo tempi che si allungano all'infinito. E come se non bastasse, la carta virtuale è praticamente inutile: funziona una volta su tre .. Onestamente, devono rivedere completamente il loro sistema. Così com'è, è inaffidabile e deludente

Apparently, they can randomly select your gift card to be checked for security measures by flagging your account for fraud, and lock your gift card. Your account will be locked for 5 days after you call in and report it and they help you. Even after answering their questions and confirming your transactions you have to wait 5 days. I was told this by a rep when it happened to me. Received a $100 virtual gift card from my job. The card is stewarded by mypaymentvault.com. Activated it and used it for a small $6 purchase at my cafeteria with no trouble. A week later I try to use it again at the same place for same amount but this time transaction is declined. I try to check on the card online and receive a message saying due to account status I cannot access the card information. So I call and was first told they suspected fraud and locked the card. I pointed out that I used the card once successfully and then attempted to use it again at the same place, so which transaction was suspected fraud? If I can confirm the transaction can the card be unlocked? The rep then told me actually you were randomly selected. After I finish answering their questions, they can unlock my gift card after 5 days. I asked to escalate the issue to a manager. The rep says there is no manager. I ask to speak to someone else. The rep says there is no one else. I ask for a phone number to headquarters so I can escalate. You guessed it, There is no phone number. I do not recommend gift cards from this place. My purchase was done at the business that gave me the card in the first place, so I feel that this "fraud" flag is ridiculous. I can't imagine what it is like to have an actual bank or credit card account with them in the event that you have an issue. There is no manager? Unacceptable!

SCAMMERS 🚨 I have been trying to access my prepaid card from My Payment Vault for MONTHS, and guess what? It’s still blocked and it’s expiring! I’ve sent multiple emails, tried contacting them through their website, and NOTHING. They promise you to regulate the situation but it’s just a lie. Their customer service is a scam or completely dysfunctional. My card expires soon, and at this point, I feel like they’re just stealing my money by ignoring my requests until it’s too late. If you’re thinking of using My Payment Vault, DON’T. You might as well throw your money in the trash because you’ll never see it again. This company is a joke, and they should not be allowed to operate. If they don’t respond immediately, I will escalate this issue and post it everywhere !!!!!!

I've selected this option for a £250 work reward, BUT it's a scam! They steal YOUR money and refuse to allow YOU to spend it!? DO NOT USE THESE THIEVES! They are an absolute disgrace. And AwardCo are thier partners in crime for associating with them...

My work collected some money for my leaving collection last Sept 2024. I have since had problems using the funds on this card. I cant get a sensible answer for their online contact us. Same message is sent over and over asking for my details which I gave. The expiry date is Sept 2025 and I feel this is a scam just to keep hold of your funds. The Tel no doesn't work as it keeps saying can't connect this time so God knows what this company is up to. AVOID if you can!!!

Da giorni sto provando ad attivare la mia carta prepagata mastercard. Ho inserito i miei dati (incluso il mio codice fiscale), ma mi chiede sempre di scannerizzare col mio telefono e la fotocamera un QR Code. Il mio telefono non ha una fotocamera visto che non ho uno smartphone e perciò non posso scannerizzare il QR code. Ho contattato l'assistenza. Mi dicono sempre di cambiare browser e di svuotare la cache anche se il problema non e' quello, ma il fatto che non ho possibilità di scannerizzare il QR code. Mi dicono che senza aver caricato i miei dati non mi attivano la mia carta prepagata mastercard. Ma non mi dicono che altri dati vogliono da me e come inserire i dati senza uno smartphone / tablet (che non sono obbligatori in Italia, ma solo in Cina).
