This is a review of the full career report. It was pretty comprehensive, and the Holland types aligned with my results from a traditional career test I've taken. However, the information regarding my personality profile didn't tell me anything new and felt overly focused on the specific experiences I mentioned in the quiz. The other about-you parts of the report were similarly repetitive of my quiz answers, even quoting them word for word, which didn't feel enlightening. I found the "How to use your competitive edge" section helpful, as it rephrased raw experiences in a useful way for interviews. The "Your top 5 matches section" had way too much text dump. I would've appreciated a more direct career counselor voice than the wordy generic AI writing. As a whole, all the top 5 roles felt very similar and could've been different names for the same role. The AI Advantage section also felt random and didn't correspond with the "A Day in This Role" section, especially in the 15 more careers that fit you section. That section was the subtitle "Ranked 6–20. Lower on the list doesn't mean worse — just a slightly weaker fit for how you scored" which is confusing and contradictory. In my report, that section said that only 30% of the work of Fine Artists is human-only, and only 8% for Business Teachers, Postsecondary (a career match that felt very random). Even if users ask Claude to do tasks relevant to the career, it doesn't seem to directly equate to how much of the work is AI-only or not.
