You shared an order number: #SNU33323, which is nothing like the format used in my store—my order numbers are numeric only. You're clearly mistaking my business for another one. Please check the email you received for your download and visit my website: www.MyNurseNotes.com — you’ll see it's completely different. 😊 You actually bought from "StudyNurseNotes.com" — my business is "MyNurseNotes.com" with an M-Y, not "study." Please compare both websites and you’ll clearly see that mine is 100% unrelated to the one you purchased from. That is NOT my business, and I have zero connection to it. I sell on both Etsy and Amazon, and I’ve never had a negative experience with a customer before. I'm also a licensed and registered American business. I take my reputation seriously, and I ask that you kindly revise your review and direct it to the correct business. Thank you!
