Extremely slow website
Extremely slow website. After 30 minutes of work, everything loads at once in browser, making it unusable. Avoid if u can
Response from NinjaTech AIFeb 19, 2025
Hi Parvesh, thank you for your feedback, we haven't come across any issues with tasks taking that length of time to complete. Please reach out to our team at [email protected] and we'll be happy to help you troubleshoot any issues you're having. To note, our SuperAgent, which is a sophisticated compound AI system, takes more time to deliver deeper insights and results. For the fastest answers, we recommend using our Ninja Agent, which is built on Llama 70b and is great for quick responses.

I was hopeful that it would do a better…
I was hopeful that it would do a better job than ChatGPT, however, this just was not the case. It repeatedly churned out nonsense that had no value to me at all. I spent so much time asking it to correct its own mistakes, that I could have done the job myself faster. I wanted it to be good, I really did want it to be amazing, but it was just a massive let down. At the end, I asked it to cancel my membership, which it said it had done. It even offered me a refund and apologised. Did it actually cancel my membership? No. Did it process the refund it said it had? No.
