Excellent at coding
Excellent at coding. Some problems with UI on Superninja with text turning black in dark mode, but ok in normal mode..can get stuck in lengthy threads

I like the interface and the ease of…
I like the interface and the ease of use. Ai answers are often good, but not always, but I'm happy to try harder to get understanding and results.

Cannot beat the price for models offered.
Price for models that's are included you cannot beat it anywhere currently. The only draw back is the older models. For my needs currently it is everything I need. As my needs grow I'll upgrade further and as the models get refined and more options added I'll continue to use My Ninja!!!

The experience has been good
The experience has been good, but one thing seems to be missing, or too hard to find: Documentation on making the best of the different "models". I particular I am completely hazy about how the various exchanges are saved in the system so I can take up a particular project later. For example, if I switch from one AI to another, and start a new project, is the previous one lost? So I would like some how-to's.

When you start a new thread, context is not kept, but our team will launch "project folders" soon: you will be able to maintain context between threads! Great value!
Overall great! I'd love to see the changelogs and for each chat to not start expanded. Lots of little tweaks needed but they are only little yet will add up to a big overall improvement.

A good choice for a positive expeience
Ninja got into a few repeating loops, and was not quite as personal as GPT, which I love but can't afford a sub. It is getting better every day. I like the last update, very peppy and the personality is better. For me, that means friendly and personal. I use AI as a very intelligent friend, I know not everyone does. Also, I do AI training so I learn a lot from my interactions. All in all, I am pretty satisfied and looking forward to more. I recommend as a nice affordable alternative to some of the others, with good features and very responsive.

Great Customer Support, and the AI Model is Improving
Almost 5 stars! The customer service is top notch, when I report a problem they actually work on a solution and email back to ask if it is resolved for you. That is fantastic. The voice mode integrates with text mode, a huge plus as I need to toggle btwn copying/pasting inputs with my thoughts (that I prefer to speak aloud). The only downsides thus far- often slow thinking time, and trainability is lacking. I even had it write me the prompt for itself, to help itself remember the specific format I need my work reports in. Sometimes (not all the time) even when reminded of the formatting it will go awry. I get my guidelines are highly specific (alphabetize this part, but the next part keep in the order presented, for example), but it just can't seem to keep those instructions straight. I am hopeful I can change this review to 5 stars soon as AI continues to develop itself.
