Metro Trans is Honestly the Best in Rochester
Metro Trans is honestly the best medical transportation company I have ever had. I've tried alot of others and the others have so many issues. Others sometimes have multiple people in a vehicle, they're always late, or they fail to even show up, or have long wait times. I've never had this issue with Metro. The drivers are always friendly and have never looked down on me or treated me with disrespect. Being younger and disabled comes with challenges and sometimes that includes judgement from others, but I've never once felt that with metro which is more than I can say for their competition in our area. I've been using them now for years and don't know what I'd do without Metro Trans.
