I called to get more info on Devoted health plans. When I finally was connected to Joe, he gathered my information and his system brought up the best plan matches for me. When I asked about the Devoted plans, he informed me that there were no plans in my area that matched my level of medicade. With Joe's help, I signed up with a UHC plan that would serve my needs for next year. Joe was thorough and very helpful. He took his time while listening to me. Making sure I understood the benefits he explained to me. Iam very happy with service I received.
