It took forever for the product to arrive. In the standard age, you should never have to wait this long to receive a package.

Hi Nancy, Sorry that the shipping wasn't as fast as expected, as we send across the world and we're fully dependant on the speed of the worlwide supply chain, sometimes it won't be as fast as you maybe predicated. Either way, we hope you still love our products though! 🩷

The bracelets shine beautifully. I have ordered 3 of them and do have an issue with the side clasps not staying closed.

I like the presentation of the bracelet. I was disappointed that there was a delay in the shipping of the item

Beautiful jewelry. The clasp on the bracelet was loose and I had to tighten it myself. Also it’s only been a few weeks. I need more time to determine the true longevity.

I was thrilled at the look of my bracelet and it fits great. Looks amazing with my sterling silver ones. But, I’ve only had it about two weeks and have already lost a stone at the clasp. Very disappointed given the other reviews I’ve read. I’d love to attach my photo but don’t see a way to do that. Update: Amazingly quick customer service, with offer to replace. I’ll have to increase my stars if a new bracelet does appear!

Hi Karen, Sorry about that, we set all stones by hand so it seems we didnt close the prongs enough. Can you reach out to us by mail at [email protected]? We would love to send out a free replacement to you! Looking forward to your mail, if you havent sent it already!

Okay, giving it 4 stars because the 6” tennis bracelet had a rose gold shade and not yellow gold as purchased to match the other 3” yellow gold I bought, for that I was very disappointed. Loved the mystery gift a lovely blue sparkly bracelet. I emailed customer service to complain about the wrong gold tone on the 6” bracelet and right away I received and email that they were reviewing my complaint. Next morning I received an email from Jenalee offering 50% refund. They made it right for me and I thank her for taking care of it so quickly. Even though I was disappointed for not having my 6” bracelet I will definitely buy again.

We’re committed to providing excellent customer service, and your feedback means a lot to us. We can’t wait to serve you again in the future. Thank you for your understanding, and we look forward to your next purchase! ❤️

I love that I can wear the bracelet in the water and anywhere! The only problem is the latch catches on clothing and such and snags the item.
Response from MyLove MyTreasureApr 27, 2026
Hello Dawn! Thank you so much—we’re so happy to hear you’re loving the bracelet and that you can wear it anywhere! ✨ We’re sorry to hear about the clasp catching on clothing—that can definitely be frustrating. In some cases, this can happen if the latch is slightly raised. You can try gently pressing or tightening it so it sits more flush when closed, which usually helps prevent snagging.
