I was asked to participate in a 30 minute survey and for my time I would be given a $20 gift card. I have yet to receive my compensation for the survey promised by Lady Caballero customer success for myloansense.com….if this company can not follow through on a $20 gift card then how can they be trusted to deliver on their word of lowering student loan payments and providing buying power to purchase a home. I took the survey Saturday July 9, 2022 and I am writing my review on Tuesday. I received a response via email stating that it will be next week before payout. If my math is correct, which it is, the amount of time is beyond a 24 hr period.‼️ Update‼️On July 13th I was contacted by loansense and was told that the gift card was going to be sent to me earlier than scheduled and was kindly asked to if I could delete my review. Here it is July 15th and my review still stands. I say once again, if Loansense can not deliver on their word about a little ole gift card then how in the world can they be trusted to lower student debt and increase buying power for a home. I know one thing, I am tired of company’s using technology to sell lies, to advertise lies, and to take advantage of people in their time of need. Zero stars, I mean I could take their word but as they have proven, a pair of lips will say anything. Eyes wide open people.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I knew a little bit about the process, but now that I know even more, I feel more informed than ever.

James was very informative and really made sure I understood my student loan path planned. Following the video call, I received detailed instructions about the next steps. Lady was also speedy with the reminder/signature emails. Thank you!

The one on one session was very informative. I feel like I have some hope for reaching my financial goals. James listened to me and he asked relative questions to my situation. Thank you again for clarifying things to me and helping me to better understand my options to get out of student loan debt.

My one on one session was great! Gave me a lot of insight as to how to proceed and which options would best fit me and my needs, as well as my goals moving forward. James was helpful and was great to talk to. Highly recommend this service as it makes it easier for me to focus on other things and let the professionals handle the paperwork that they know how to do.

Very helpful and insightful. Was clear in explaining where I was with my loans and how the best way to move forward. I will definitely be using their services in the future.

I feel like more explanation and clarity should be given to new customers like myself. I am still a bit confused about how all this kind of works and who is my main contact person to reach for any information that I may have.
