Today, October 13, 2026, I received an email for a 25% discount. I click on it and it brings me to a screen to enter payment. The fine print says my subscription ends in 3 days 10/16/26, after I pay $44.89. This doesn't make sense since I haven't signed up for a subscription yet. As I understand it, I will again be charged $44.89 for 3 months of premium access. Why can't this site be shut down! Besides all of the information about me is incorrect! I don't know the people it says I do. Fraudulent site in my opinion.

I identified myself and found my profile, then watched as EVERYTHING they reported about me was wrong. Everybody makes mistakes, but my 5-year-old grandson does better work than this. (And he does it for free.) This is not just mistakes. This is criminal, malicious intent to deceive.

They sell your personal information without your permission and you dont even know about it. Should be illegal?!

they started a monthly subscription without my knowledge after I already paid them for the info I got that day. I called and wrote (email ) to stop the subscription, but no one answered their phone and no one answered the email.

Mylife.com is constantly, repeatedly sending me emailed reports about someone who has similar name to a person I knew years ago. This been going on for years now. The locations, middle names, current last names, and ages do not match. I invested some time in trying to get mylife to stop emailing me about this person that has no connection to me. My time was wasted. I decided to stop paying any attention to mylife.com

This company has posted the wrong information and wants me to pay them to take off people that claim I am related to. There's 4 names, I have never heard of. I refuse to pay for them to correct there information.

I paid for the 3 month plan, figured I would try it out, and use for a bit and see how I like.. I don't, first thing I did was set up my Screen name and password, I ran a check on myself, the results were limited at best. I then did a check from my dashboard, to see who had search me. some names came up. I did a check on one of the names, and it took me back to where I signed up for the Plan I bought... Made it back to my page and it showed me still signed in. I then tried to do a background check on my son, Same Results, back to sell me a plan page.. I signed out and signed back in using the same user name, and password, My computer auto saved for me when I created, I check It was the same.. I get Uh Oh! 410: Page is Gone. I went to the bank this morning, reported them as fraud. There is no way I can find to contact them. They never took my email or any contact info from me when I got the plan???

My Life.com refuses to remove my personal information after multiple requests by Optery to remove it . I will be reporting them to my State Attorney Generals office and to the Federal trade commission. Also to my member of congress. They are the worst of the Data brokers at this time.
